Leng Chhay is a Cambodian consultant with 15 years of professional experience. He is specialized in organization development and facilitation of learning processes, which are the important parts of capacity development. He is confident in providing demand-driven capacity development interventions in organizational management, leadership, and project management in the Cambodian context, using holistic learning approaches such as assessment, evaluation, facilitation, coaching, mentoring, participatory training, workshops and conferences.
Chhay used to work as senior leader with three organizations: 7 years with VBNK, a leading capacity development organization in Cambodia; over 3 years with Amret (formerly EMT), a leading micro-finance institution in Cambodia; and over a year with a private development company. Since November 2007, he became an independent consultant.
At his high school completion, Chhay won an award from the Ministry of Education as a Cambodian Nation-wide outstanding student, so he received a scholarship to study abroad. He spent six years living and studying in Germany and graduated an MBA. During the course of his professional life, he got a wide range of personal and professional development.
